Because of the limited fly space in the theatre, the Master’s Windows unit had to be separated into two pieces to be able to fly out. The upper arched window and valence were hung directly to the batten, while the lower rectangular window and drapes were rigged to sheaves for additional travel. The rectangular window was rigged with a 2:1 mechanical disadvantage, and the leg was rigged with a 3:2 disadvantage.
